I don't know about 2012, I have seen the movie, I have read the books, were supposed to get a radiation or electromagnet super wave from the sun that winters year, it makes for entertainment I guess, but more important is collecting the energy the sun is putting out right as I write this, and has for millions of years.

It sits in the skies every day staring down at us with more power and energy than even the smartest man on earth or working for Nasa can figure out. We have figured out how to harness this energy, yet every day, every winter we struggle with drilling oil, dealing with foreign countries about the prices their gouging us on the fossil fuel that is pumped out their land, this all so un-necessary.

One of the problems is we keep waiting for the corporations and governments to get the ball rolling, we know how slow governments can be and corporations are quite happy with the status quo, the oil companies and the countries their dealing are making a fortune on are hard earned money. So the change that needs to happen has to be from the home owners, and it should start happening in this country now, it is happening in other countries right now, were unfortunately on the tail end of a very important movement.

Countries like Australia, New Zealand and such are way ahead of American in the energy conversion movement. Japan is also way ahead of the U.S., the American people are used to being pioneers in technological movements and it does not make sense for to be lagging behind so many countries, granted were still a great country but were not the head way makers of old, and our economy, the employment environment here is hurting, all you have to do for proof is read the papers or watch TV.
